Troubleshooting
If the windlass still does not work normally after you have tried these procedures, the fault is in the windlass itself. Contact
your nearest dealer.

“ControllerOverload” Thisfaultindicatesthattheinternalprotectionofthecontrrollerhastrig-
gered.Thiscanbecausedbyexccessivesurroundingtemperatureandhigh
load
“RuntimeExceeded” Signal"OUT"or"IN"havebeencontinuousformorethan5minutes.Thisis
aprotectionagainstpossiblefaultycontrolsignals.Re-activationispossible.
Abnormal noise during operation Thewindlassmustbeserviced.
Windlass operates, but rope is not
wound in
Theropecanslipinthegypsyifthewindlassismountedincorrectly.
Anchor is not released Theanchormightnotreleasefromthebracketifmountedincorrectly.
Note! Main switch/braker must be disconnected whenever working on the windlass mechanical parts
